YOUR ORDER

The order is confirmed once the payment has been received and accepted by Shadesgeneva. Shadesgeneva reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer has already had a dispute with shadesgeneva or if shadesgeneva believes that the customer is at risk of non-payment. Shadesgeneva also reserves the right to request additional information from its customers. If there is no response within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be cancelled.

DELIVERY

Ø DELIVERY IN SWITZERLAND

Delivery is made by Swiss Post and delivery times for items in stock are as follows, depending on the delivery method chosen when orderin

  • Standard Delivery: 2 to 3 working days depending on Swiss post. There may be order delays.

For items that are not in stock - as indicated on the product sheet - please add approximately 6 weeks for manufacturing.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.

Ø DELIVERY OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND

Deliveries outside Switzerland are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Swiss VAT will be deducted from the purchase price, but the recipient must pay import taxes (VAT of the recipient country) to the carrier, as well as all costs and customs duties relating to the order, which will be requested at the time of delivery.

The shipment is made with Swiss Post, and delivery times for items in stock are 7 to 14 working days, depending on local postal conditions.

For items not in stock - as indicated on the product sheet - please add approximately 6 weeks for manufacturing.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a delivery tracking number.
