RETURNS

You can return your order for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the date that you received your order.

Returns of jewelry are unfortunately not possible.

Reduced items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns of orders shipped within Switzerland and outside Switzerland are the responsibility of the Customer.

When sending, please provide a tracking number and send it to us.

The customer must return the product with the order number, the product(s) description(s) , as well stating whether they would like a refund or an exchange.

Please let us know if you wish to make a return.

The refund is made within 15 days of the registration of your return. It is carried out directly according to the payment method used by the Customer when placing his order.
